To ensure a secure shopping experience, we provide our customers with a hassle-free return policy.

If there is an issue with the order, such as receiving incorrect products or products not matching the description, the return process is free and allowed for 14 days. If the customer decides to return products without any issues, they are free to do so within 48 hours of receiving the order, but they should cover the shipping fees.

In all return cases, the order value will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method or the selected method based on the customer’s address and order date. In most cases, the refund process will take 2-5 days after receiving the order.

Products sold internationally are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

To return any product, it must be in its original condition, sealed, and unused. Products sold with discounts exceeding 25% due to a short expiry date are not eligible for return in any case.
